How do you make meaning of many voices? Sophia Liang with her careful listening, sharp questioning and creative talent enabled our team from the Jewish Education Project to turn 150 voices into a visual guiding and meaningful image. Imagine 150 people in a room answering essential visioning question. Then see participants energized because their input comes to life right in front of them. The images that Sophia Liang created with us have been used again and again to guide our strategic direction. In addition we now have an visual piece to communicate with funders and staff (turned the 6 foot mural into a hangable canvas) that represents what we have accomplished and where we are going. The “meaning” of the many voices and the clarity of direction that Sophia Liang helped us create is priceless. I’d recommend her kindness and expertise to all organizations!

A Conversation of 500 Voices: Creating a Vision Together for the Coalition of Innovating Congregations

150+ community leaders joined to envision and transform the landscape of Jewish education. Kicking off the gathering was a 4X16ft visual map celebrating the Coalition's accomplishments, shared values, and the spirit of the community. Throughout the day, top trends and stories were visually captured as they worked to identify new ways of innovating and relationship building towards 2020. Maps were then printed on canvas and hung in the Coalition's offices.
